have a moment of silence
as you lay your head down your pillow.
and be uninterruptedly alone.
the chaos becomes too much for your senses.
find strength in your solitude.
you deserve to feel aligned like all the stars
in the universe are beginning to shine within you.
Tiredness happens when what you love, what you prioritize and what you believe in are in total chaos with each other. To restore your energy is to wander back into your inner world for a day, a week or a month in order for you to attain some balance, mental clarity, and gentle strength to efficiently function as a calm, positive and creative human being once again.
The moon is a nighttime reminder that it’s possible for us to shine in times of darkness but every once in a while we have to allow ourselves to be consumed by it.
Some days it’s okay to say “I’m fine,” and conceal your wounds. Some days it’s okay to heal alone.
Finding myself doesn’t always mean that I’ve lost myself. Self-discovery is when I remind myself of the simple things that bring purpose into my life and practicing gratitude at the end of the day. Like how the sun rises every morning and sets every evening, self-discovery for me is a daily thing.
