Family Time


Yesterday was my grandmother’s 76th birthday. It’s really nice to get in touch with family again. They all know I have clinical depression, and I think there’s no greater medicine than human love and connection. πŸ™‚Β

  1. Lovely. Hope all of you had a happy time. You can get out/control depression if you keep on working at it. Dedicate yourself and be Persistent and work towards being relaxed. Do things that you feel good. Its just not a hobby even looking at the night sky if you like looking at the stars or bird watching, even just the clouds passing by and how the sky changes. Those are few simple things of nature which does not need money, a specific time or effort. They a just a few. Countless things that one can do to keep the mind busy, but it has to be something that gets you energised like charging a battery. You will find yourself feeling more positive slowly and then you will begin to heal. Many Blessings of Love, Light and Healing Energies from me πŸ™‚
